SERVICES WE PROVIDE TO HELP OUR PARTNERS IN PROJECT DEVELOPMENT AND DEPLOYMENT

We provide marketing materials, conduct webinars, process tender specifications.

PROJECT INITIATION STAGE

We do a 3-side online demo for UI and UX, conduct joint sessions to explain how Control Room Software works, prepare a project diagram and provide hardware advice, give out free trial licenses for a POC at the client’s site and provide an online tech assistance during the POC.

PRESALE STAGE

We register a project for a specific partner (*), provide MAF (Manufacturer Authorization Forms), quote projects, prepare documentation, local invoicing (from the distributor).

COMMERCIAL STAGE

Our engineers help commission software-related activities, connecting online and helping integrate Polywall into the client’s environment. The team of Polywall developers is ready to assist in complex cases. Personnel training sessions and commissioning (from the distributor) are also possible.

DELIVERY STAGE

Our engineer team offers tech support and informs the clients about product updates.
