PROJECT INITIATION

Our experts deliver live consultations for you and your clients to help design control room and video wall projects, conduct an online Polywall demo to show how Polywall works, help with project diagrams and provide hardware advice, give out free trial licenses for a POC at the client’s site and provide an online tech assistance during the POC.

PRE-SALE

We register a project for a specific partner (*), provide MAFs (Manufacturer Authorization Forms), quote projects, help with documentation local invoicing (from the distributor).

NEGOTIATIONS

The team of Polywall developers is ready to assist in complex cases. Our software engineers help with software-related issues, helping to integrate Polywall into the client’s environment. Personnel training sessions and commissioning (from the distributor) are also possible.

DELIVERY

Our software engineering team provides tech support and informs clients about product updates.
