POLYWALL capabilities, including AVoIP support, enable the display of data from all subsystems to the video wall, including from remote sources outside the Center premises. Information is displayed based on pre-programmed scenarios or real-time layouts. Information can be transmitted directly to the senior dispatcher's workstation, the Decision-Making Room, or the leadership team.
Polymedia considered the Center's requirements for 24/7 reliable communication and collaboration between the Center employees and related organizations. Polymedia equipped the Center with a professional Avaya video conferencing and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) system. The system features Lumens PTZ cameras combined with Televic audio conferencing system. Polymedia provided a high-quality setup for transmitting audio and video materials, resulting in effective decision-making.
The setup included an Extron professional speaker system with digital audio signal control, complemented by a multimedia control system managed through an operator's touch panel.
Polymedia installed the Mission Control Center video wall using Absen LED screens with dimensions of 7.6 x 2.16 m and a pixel pitch of 1.25 mm. This high-resolution video wall, combined with the POLYWALL Enterprise video wall content management platform, offered seamless integration of information from various data sources:
- Flight dispatch and control systems;
- Analytics systems;
- Operators' workplaces;
- Corporate databases;
- Internet resources;
- Video cameras and other applications.
The Decision-Making Room, used by the Mission Control Center and airline leadership team, features an audio-visual installation that supports collaboration with other divisions and organizations. An LG 65" professional 4K display shows different types of data coming from the Mission Control Center and dispatcher or operator workstations. The room also features an audio and video conferencing system for 14 participants and a high-quality acoustics and control system, similar to the Mission Control Center.
Another part of the project scope included a Conference Hall. Polymedia equipped the Conference Hall used for various corporate events. The main video wall is assembled using 09x LG professional 55" LCD panels, installed in a 3 x 3 configuration with a nearly invisible bezel of 0.44 mm. The hall features Televic conferencing system, Dell auxiliary displays, and an interactive lectern. It includes Avaya video conferencing solution with Lumens cameras, Shure voice amplification system, and Extron-based acoustic and control solutions. Conference participants can quickly connect to the video wall and share screens of their personal devices using Barco ClickShare presentation gateway.
After the implementation, Uzbekistan Airways JSC gained the following benefits from the project:
